Quality product and friendly team to deal with both in office and fitters. Had an issue not uncommon due to settlement and the team responded on quick time. Fitter came within days and resolved the issue. Fully recommend as they respond v quickly and very good cabins.

Spent £8000. Don't waste your money people log cabin leeks bad in several spots and was told to buy my self a silicone tube and do it my self. Spent 1500 on paint protection still never work still no help from the company. And now we are going to take them to court

We bought a large shed with assembly from Cabins Unlimited and we're so disappointed with it. The door doesn't even close (or lock) because the cut out for the latch is completely in wrong place, it also can't be attached to the right place anymore because the original cut out is so big. There were parts missing and parts not installed, large gaps in the floor, screw tips sticking out everywhere because they're at the wrong angle etc. Also the installers couldn't be bothered to pre-drill anything when putting it together so we have massive splits in several of the main pieces. Cabins Unlimited tried to tell us that these issues are normal for a timber shed which is ridiculous and frankly insulting. We also have recorded footage of their installers destroying two of our plants and damaging our outside tap by smashing a shed wall into it whilst carrying it past. The offered to send the missing pieces and get someone round to fix the ‘snagging’ but it was far more than that and the guys they sent previously were very disruptive and clearly couldn’t care less about the end result. We never received the missing parts and got someone else in to fix the door so it would close!

Ordered a bespoke 5m x 3m design cabin from Cabins Unlimited. This all happened during the pandemic but despite the restrictions the team made the ordering process very easy over the phone. I chose a current two room design as a basis for the design and then asked for different door and window positions. A PDF design was sent from them showing how it would look just to check all was ok before processing the final order. There was an initial delay in delivering the cabin due to the understandable global timber shortage and high demand and pandemic issues but the team kept me updated throughout. The delivery driver was excellent and craned the whole 2 ton package right over the garden fence onto the desired location. Once built the cabin is of a very high quality, all the doors, hinges locks and windows & handles are far higher quality than I was expecting. I went for 70mm logs, double glazing and roof and floor insulation which is a must if working in the cabin all year round. Two sheds delivered today on the exact day they predicted a couple of months back. Thrilled with the quality of the sheds and how easy they were to construct. Also impressed with their customer service from customer service team to helpful delivery driver... would happily recommend.

Superb service and very well constructed cabin. I'm so impressed with the service from Cabins Unlimited. Melody was really patient with me and helped me decide on the perfect cabin to fit my tiny garden. Ordering was easy, even with a bit of customisation to the specs. The delivery folk were fantastic and best of all it only took an hour and a half for 2 of us to put it together! It is so well constructed and comes with detailed pictures so it is very straightforward. The cost was also really good. I priced up building it myself and it was a lot more than this kit form cabin. The doors and window are strong and sturdy and the whole thing feels substantial and safe. I just wish I had space for more cabins.
