We recently purchased a rotating pod from Ornate,the whole process from purchase to installation was perfect,Richard the gentleman who sold me the pod could not have been more helpful,patient,professional.The installation guys arrived at 8a.m and by lunch we had our pod installed,those guys were again polite,professional I cannot recommend this company enough,first class team and product,comes with a ten year guarantee.

Problems with leaks through the roof on an Off-Set Pod, whenever wind and rain combined, were eventually resolved with a design modification. However, leaves and cold drafts still make their way in via ventilation gaps above the sliding windows. Heating the uninsulated pod, in anything but glorious sunny conditions in winter, requires a large wallet. An influx of breeding mice through the air-gaps under the flooring only came to light because a crow was looking for a meal. Nothing exists to stop this happening and retro-fit grilles are difficult to put down once the pod is in place. Flooring timber was split on installation, which led to a wobbly table (that I have now replaced with a much more sensible smaller one) but I’m still awaiting a visit after over 3 months and many emails back and forth. The pods are nice looking and have a big ‘Wow’ factor, but the quality of finish, some obvious design flaws and top management apathy (and poor geography, as we’re level with Carlisle and Newcastle not in Northern Scotland!) let it down.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very expensive for me personally but not a bit disappointed. Super design and fits in anywhere it seems as the rotation and size offer flexibility . Matt was efficient, informative and reassuring with a total professional approach!

We have had our garden pod 2 weeks now and we love it. Highly recommend this company, we had a date given from our purchase date and had an update the week before installation. They arrived spot on time after traveling for 2 hours, worked without a break and cleaned up everything just left our stunning pod ready to use.

I purchased the large oval house for my garden. I was given a date and time for delivery and the company were bang on time on the alloted day. The two installers Mike & Steve were polite and courteous. They worked incredibly hard in very warm temperatures. They were very tidy and cleared up very well after completing the installation. I cannot recommend this company highly enough

Fantastic Pod, we love it. Excellent service throughout. Knew actually when they would come and all completed in a day. Had some natural shrinkage with the wood which meant door needed adjusting, but after service also excellent. They were back and and adjusted and all good. Told any problems just call and they would be back out. We bought direct from Ornate Gardens who are the only manufacturer of these brilliant pods.
