The shed looked excellent both in the showroom and upon delivery. We ordered the 8’x 6’ Zora. We paid for the Pro Installation, and that’s where issues arose. Two installers arrived and began assembly but did not position the shed centrally on the base. The entire build was plagued with problems—gaps in the joints, issues with the roof not sitting properly on the frame (see photos for more) clear signs of a lack of attention to detail. No sign off to say we were happy. I have tried to have them return and fix the faults, I have faced silence, and with the £955 paid before installation, my options for redress are limited, except through small claims. Like others, I advise caution when purchasing from Tiger, as their customer service is disappointing and installation worse.

I bought a shed from tiger shed where it has been delivered wrong, I am no going round in circles with them passed from pillar to post ! I would avoid them at all cost ! My partner has also bought a log cabin from them and has had nothing but problems !
Ignore the other reviews from their competitors masquerading as everyday people. Fantastic quality workshop purchased and delivered within 4 weeks. Arrived safely, on time and in perfect condition. Delivery driver was a great bloke as well.
Purchased a 10/5 shed from Robert Dyas then they tell me that these cowboys are making and delivering , Problem 1 , can’t read a tape measure The shed is about 6 inches length and width too small with some pieces missing. Told me 6 weeks for delivery it took 16 weeks No communication no reasons not even a reply absolutely avoid there must be better places out there would never recommend or use again, I’d send it back if I thought they would refund me and collect the shed some time this year.
I’m giving them zero stars , and any one giving reviews I’d advise you to see the quality of your shed 3 to 5 months later. When it comes looks great but all the timber is cheap / poor quality/ grade zero . Staff are rushed off their feet in a dangerous work place given targets that are dangerous to achieve. Power sheds(BRADFORD) are made from start to finish with high quality timber and also erected with experienced/ well trained staff. Probably abit cheaper than woodlands cowboy sheds.
