I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with GardenSite. I recently ordered an arch from their website, but what arrived was defective. Naturally, I contacted their customer service right away, and I was assured that the defective parts would be replaced. However, it has been over two weeks since then, and I have yet to receive any updates or replacement parts. I have reached out multiple times, but the lack of communication and follow-up has been frustrating and unacceptable. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with GardenSite. I had hoped for better service and a timely resolution, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I would caution others to be wary when ordering from this company, as their customer service and reliability are severely lacking.
Absolutely stunning fire pit. Bigger than expected but fab size. No damage, carefully packed and came with its own little cover. Dog and cat also approve. 😂😂❤️Thank you.
Reviewing about a wooden patio dining set I ordered in June. Customer service was great when I contacted them (it went out of stock when I placed my order, luckily got the last one!). The item arrived sooner than expected which was brilliant as it meant I got to enjoy sitting out in the beautiful weather sooner. The item itself is good quality, cheaper than everywhere else I’d seen although we did have to drill an extra sunken hole as we couldn’t get it to assemble otherwise. Overall it’s been great so far with minimal maintenance…not that I’m using it currently ☔️
We bought the Wishing Well as a feature for our front garden. I have filled it with stones and some realistic looking false lavender plants, so it will look great through the winter months too. Delivery was on time, and the item although quite heavy, only took about 15 minutes to put together. We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend this product - excellent value for money!
I bought an Windsor Lean to greenhouse from GardenSite last year. I am very happy with the purchase and the after sales service was excellent. I had a couple of questions regarding the erection of the lean to and Abbey responded immediately to every e-mail and was most helpful .Well done! Excellent Customer service.
Slipper bed was delivered as indicated on the website in 6 weeks (May 2020 - covid times). It was relatively easy to assemble, but needed large drill bits and powerful drill to drill holes for the screws. It would be easier if holes were pre-drilled. All in all happy with the purchase. Looks good.
