JML Garden Rooms

I spoke with Claire earlier today regarding a garden room, she was great. Professional and friendly, I really appreciated her honest advice and guidance.

JML recently completed a garden room project for us of their Lowlander 2. From design to install, they were super helpful and detail orientated to ensure our room was delivered quickly, despite the Scottish weather conditions trying to make things difficult. We're over the moon with the space that has been created and were very impressed by everybody at JML, would highly recommend their services.

JML recently completed the build of our SIPs architect designed house in Aberlour, where we have been impressed with their support, flexibility and quality of the build throughout the process. This became apparent where there was a need to change the design subtly to ensure the house could be built and accommodate the features and fixtures in the house e.g. reposition the MVHR fan unit and provide the service voids for the pipework.

A great two experiences with JML Garden Rooms. Our Charity relied on fair prices, quick and efficient service and staff who were easy to communicate with. We will certainly return to JML Garden Rooms if we acquire any more funding for new builds!

Very happy with my garden room! Beautiful quality inside and outside. The whole service, from deciding on the size and layout, to the building process was professional. We’ve been in our JML extension for 6 weeks now and still can’t believe just how incredible it is! The process from our first tentative conversation until completion took just over a year, but from start to finish the JML team have delivered every step of the way: particularly helped along the journey by Claire, Jakki, Ross and a fantastic group of experienced and friendly joiners, and other tradespeople. Communication was excellent throughout the process, requests accommodated without fuss, and any queries dealt with quickly & efficiently. There was a definite pride taken in their work by the joiners and a real attention given to even small details. The end result is all the more remarkable given the groundworks started in early November and the extension completed just before the Christmas holiday! The weather was truly awful at times, especially for the groundworks team & roofers, despite which all the tradespeople worked away without complaint. Throughout, they were respectful for the neighbours and our properties and were at pains to keep things tidy and protected as much as possible. JML project management with all trades was seamless and we had many a comment from friends and neighbours about how hard working the team seemed to be and how speedy and efficient the whole process was. A testament to a job really well done are the wonderful comments we get when people see the extension for the first time! We went with JML Garden Rooms based on their reputation & being a local firm. We have been delighted with their work and ethos, and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you all at JML!
