The team at Johnsons are really friendly, helpful and polite. Excellent customer service and efficient at checking the proposed site. Good advice given. Zak and Dan worked hard to keep costs to our budget and honoured a discount for us. Very happy with communications and service. Easy process. Will review further after the build is complete, but so far brilliant! Thoroughly recommend them.

Life is for living and that was the main reason we decided to purchase a Summer house. After doing much research and asking friends we decided to visit Johnson's at Alverstoke garden centre. From the first introduction we felt like we were being treated as old friends rather than clients. We were quite specific in our needs and made clear the reasons we were spending and wanted something perfect. Zak visited our property and advised us on the way ahead assuring us that we had made the correct choice. After a 6 week lead in the Summerhouse was built in two days and shortly after the electricians arrived to install the electrics. Again they listened to what we wanted and went out of their way to accommodate. We did not want a painted building so took advice from a specialist company and we have kept the natural look of the wood, while fulfilling all the requirements of the companies warranty. The service we have received is above and beyond and with all things there have been a few snagging issues but they are all noted and in the process of being corrected. Thank you to Zak and his team for making the whole process easy and transparent, at a time we needed som positivity in our life's I hope the relationship will go further than simply just being a customer . We would not hesitate to recommend Johnson's of Gosport to any one thinking of adding to their garden and property Thank you

The team at Gosport offer a great service, knowledgeable about the different types of cabins and what would be suitable for my needs. They took the time to help get me the cabin i needed. Can't wait for it you be installed. The thing i liked a well as being professional. They didn't knock the competition. Just relied on their skills. Thank you .

I visited Johnsons garden buildings and was impressed with the rage of options available. Zach the district manager was very helpful and even arranged a site visit of our house on the same day. Both me and my partner were very impressed and purchased our custom garden building the same day. I would highly recommend using them.

I felt truly and honestly welcomed by Zak when I first decided I might want one of the summer houses. Zak was so patient with not only advising me of the variations on offer but more importantly what I wanted and the options then presented to me to align with my needs. Zak came on the site visit to measure up so that I was assured the size I asked for was right. Zak and Dan have been superb throughout the choosing and buying process. There was no pressured selling, Zak came round and surveyed and measured our desired location and advised us accordingly. We have now had our Hempstore Mini garden room installed and we are extremely pleased with it. Thank you both for all you help assistance, we would recommend Johnson’s to anyone thinking of buying a garden room, especially from Zak and Dan at the Gosport office.
