I've given up with this company! I purchased a premium shed from Purewell, paying extra for preservative treatment and installation. Unfortunately, the shed leaked badly making it unusable. After many phone calls, unanswered messages, and even sending photos of the damage by email, someone eventually came out to have a look and agreed that the 2 ends of the shed had clearly not been treated at all. During that visit it was also discovered that the roof itself was leaking, despite the shed being less than a year old. After more phone calls (and a missed appointment with no phone call to apologise) they came and finally treated the 2 ends of the shed. I spoke directly to one of the owners, who given all the inconvenience they had caused eventually agreed to replace the roof with EPDM at cost price. After 2 months of chasing to arrange the work, a date was finally booked on 29th April. I waited in for them to arrive and removed the tarpaulin I had over the shed to protect it. I phoned them in the afternoon on their Lymington number to see when they were coming, as usual nobody answered, I left a message. Since then I have heard absolutely nothing at all from them! I can't really recall ever having had such poor customer service from a company! I would strongly recommend giving this company a very wide berth, they seem unable to keep their word and are incapable of answering or using the phone. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere!

I was looking at replacing my existing sumerhouse and shed. And i found this company that could do this, so i emailed them to say what i looking for they was happy to help. I would highly recommend them. From start to finish they kept me updated and were able to fit us in . Joe and his team worked very hard .

I recently had a cabin installed and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The service from start to finish was excellent—everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The installation team did a fantastic job, and the quality of the cabin itself is outstanding. I’m extremely pleased with the final result and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality cabin and great service.

Purewell demolished an existing shed & installed a wooden lodge which is fully insulated and double glazed. The quality of the product is excellent (and great value), the installation team did an amazing installation and clean up. Would thoroughly recommend.

All in all a very friendly and efficient service was experienced. I've deducted one star only because the shed lacked the ridge felt, so had to drive 50 mile round trip to pick it up. Steve was apologetic and gave us a tin of wood treatment for the inconvenience. Overall very happy.

We're really pleased with our new shed supplied and installed by Purewell Timber. Stephen was very helpful, and not pushy, when I went to view sheds at their site. His team faced a difficult job clearing our old shed which was rotting and had ivy all over it. They installed the 10 by 6 Power Apex quickly and efficiently last week. Much recommended.
