Despite multiple attempts to provide measurements for a shed delivery, installation, and base laying, and being informed that a quote would be emailed, I have not received any follow-up. This includes sending measurements via WhatsApp. I was prepared to spend approximately £3500 - £4000, but the lack of response to my calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails indicates a significant deficiency in customer service. Consequently, I cannot recommend this company.
So pleased with the new Fence Chris & Luke have done an excellent job especially under the circumstances (wasps & heat). I would highly recommend this company, superb service from start to finish.
Recently had a new shed built to replace two old ones. We had excellent service from Darren Gooch and his team. The quality of the build is amazing and staff working on site left it clean and tidy at the end of each day.The team were fantastic to deal with, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The whole experience left us very happy with the professional job carried out. Would definitely use Gooch's again
