Wonderful experience end to end. Timely responses to all queries and clearly communicated the process from first interaction until job completion, even engaging other suppliers to bring the timeline of our project forward. Came recommended to us, and we will happily be recommending to others
Really helpful team on site
It was easy to order, prepare a base and install a big greenhouse about 2 years ago. However the greenhouse base was done very badly. Two supporting bars became bent about 7 months after installation. I contacted them and I was told that they would come to review & fix then the guy had an operation in hospital then they completely ignored my messages since.
Shoddy workmanship, on upvc side of this business, does not reply to emails, and answerphone only. the owner is almost impossible to contact. Avoid this business.
