Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I spent a large amount of my personal savings having a shed built by them, trusting that the work would be completed to a professional standard. However, not long after installation, several problems became obvious. The stone cladding on the exterior has fallen off multiple times (around 3–4 times already), which clearly indicates the work was not installed correctly. In addition, parts of the outer panels appear warped and uneven, which raises serious concerns about the overall quality of the build. I contacted the company about these issues and even asked them to come and see the problems for themselves. Steve sent his workers 2/3 times to fix it. But now again the stone has fallen off. Despite this, my messages and calls have gone unanswered, and no effort has been made to rectify the faults. As a customer who invested their savings into this build, the lack of workmanship and complete lack of aftercare is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to ensure they are confident in the workmanship and aftercare before committing. I am still hoping the company will take responsibility and resolve these issues.

It was a great experience using Bespoke. Steve made the process simple and was helpful throughout. Can't recommend them enough.
