Recently bought a shed from Newstar. They were brilliant, not bothering us whilst we were looking, but made sure my husband was safe as the walks with a stick. When we found what we wanted the whole process of buying and arranging delivery was above what I expected. Thanks to you all.
Hidden away just off Beverley Rd they have a large choice of sheds and outbuildings. They arranged everything apart from the shed base which I did myself. The guys from Newstar came to lay the shed bearers in advance. They sell for other branded shed companies so it was supplied (and built) by Shaw's sheds who were fantastic. Overall it was just really easy, and not as much as expected. Excellent communication throughout. Thank you.

I went a couple of weeks ago and was told wood preserver was £28 or £25 for cash. I went today to purchase and presented a 25% off voucher I was given the last time I purchased from them only to be told £25 is the discounted price. Hate being conned even if £25 was a good price. Last week I didn't have the voucher and was told £25 cash.
We have bought both sheds and a greenhouse over the years. The after sales service is fantastic. Happy to recommend

Shocking customer service, the woman who was dealing with us was not interested whatsoever, no information was given about what we was looking at, no personality,considering we was buying a £1200 summer house, still no one has been to see us to measure up, this was well over a week ago, will be looking elsewhere for our summer house , shame because we really liked what we wanted.
